70 exhibitors specializing in the do-it-yourself event in the first edition of the creative show
Exhibitions, parades, contests, giveaways complete trade shows…
More than 400 workshops where you can start or develop manual skills and develop creative skills will take place this weekend at Feria Valencia. Creative Show, Craft Show, and work and fine arts, brings together more than 70 exhibitors specialized in the world of crafts. A place to use a wide range of materials and utensils such as fabrics, beads, paper, brushes, polarimetric clay, molds, patterns of the major brands presented by the major Boutiques of Valencia, Spain and some from outside the national territory.
Workshops aimed at the public, will be organised both by the exhibitors at their own stands as the area specially created for courses, CreativeAcademy. In this space workshops of all creative areas like creative baking, scrapbooking, packaging, puppets, Japanese crafts, decoupage, patchwork, sewing, crochet, knitting, trapillo, bobbin lace, jewelry beads, jewelry enamel, candles and soaps, carry out models in resin, glass decoration, home decoration…
Also children will benefit from an exclusive space where they can start the art of creating manually. A space promoted by brands such as Jumpling Clay, Nanoblock, Fischer Tip, La Tía Pepa and Reino Fantasía that will delight the little ones: polymer clay, sewing, construction, puppets, knitting, etc…
But in addition, the creative show will feature exhibitions among which we can highlight Quecraft, presenting unique creations related to restoration; ArtPatch will recreate a space dedicated to fashion; Todopuntodecruz, will show the creations by this traditional technique; Crafts Urrea will show us the decorative art as home decor; Tyrius Association will present works made in their centres and Culturarte will be exhibiting paintings of high-level Valencian artists.
Another scenario is the creative catwalk that will parade the designs created by different artists: Irai Moda will hold a show customizing in direct designs spontaneously; Melic de Serp will present an original parade of hits; Artie-Dye, designs created from the technique of «nudo-tinte» and the Tissora Academy will display own creations, as well as both fashion and accessory garments made by students.
Contests Speedy knitting, sponsored by the seamstress; Speedy Beading, with the sponsor of My Sweet Chubby; Entrapillando, and TC and handicrafts, will test the skills of the visitors such as quickly weaving, quick creation of beads and realization of trapillo. Other attractions of the show are that visitors can participate in prizedraws for batches of products sold by Azza, Dayka Trade, Pepa Paper and Innspiro by Fontorpin.
The event is at Feria Valencia from 19 to 21 April in Hall 8 with a 10 – 20 schedule. Many of the activities that will take place in the creative show are free, others have a price and places are limited. The daily entrance fee is € 7. If you purchase through the website, the price is 5.50 euros. The entrance for three days is €15.
