The International Fair for Children’s and Junior Fashion has already had confirmation from more than 150 buyers from 24 countries that they will be visiting the upcoming show.
Quality buyers will be pouring in from Algeria, Belgium, Costa Rica, Colombia, China, the Czech Republic, Denmark, the Dominican Republic, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Holland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Portugal, Romania, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States. They will visiting a fair that, to date, has over 200 Spanish and international brands poised to show their 2016-2017 autumn-winter collections.
FIMI is still working with ICEX and ASEPRI on a drive to attract more foreign buyers drawn to Spanish fashion because of its designs and value for money. FIMI does also make a point of looking after the Spanish buyers who come to the fair from all the country’s autonomous regions in the sure and certain knowledge that this is the place to see the coming season’s trends at first hand.
Figures for the last exercise released by ASEPRI indicate that international sales increased by 13% and domestic sales rose 2% over the previous year.
