BKS + FIMI reaches 85% exhibition space  occupancy ahead of its 7th edition

The trade fair, co-organised by Feria Valencia and ASEPRI, strengthens its international profile with confirmed brands from a wide range of countries and consolidates a sustained growth trajectory since its launch.

Valencia, 9 september 2026. Less than five months ahead of the event, Babykid Spain + FIMI (BKS + FIMI) has already contracted 85% of the available exhibition space for its 7th edition, which will take place from 20 to 22 January 2027 at Feria Valencia. The figure confirms the strong pace of bookings for the trade fair, co-organised by Feria Valencia and ASEPRI (Spanish Association of Children’s Products), and points to another landmark edition for the sector.

“Having already committed 85% of the exhibition space at this stage, with brands from many countries represented, confirms that BKS + FIMI has earned its own place on the international industry calendar,” said Alicia Gimeno, Director of BKS + FIMI. “This is the result of years of work alongside ASEPRI to provide exhibitors and buyers with an increasingly solid platform.”

The list of brands confirmed to date reflects the fair’s international character, which has grown with each edition, with exhibitors confirmed from a wide range of countries across several continents. Europe accounts for the largest share of representation, with Spain as the host country and leading exhibitor nation. Companies such as Chicco (Artsana Group), Mayoral, Conguitos, Garvalín, Calzados Victoria, Cambrass, Nines d’Onil, Asalvo and Batilas have confirmed their participation in BKS + FIMI.

France follows, with Babymoov, Djeco, Kaloo, Moulin Roty, Sophie la Girafe, Doudou & Cie and Graine Creative, while Italy, in addition to Chicco, will be represented by brands including Brevi, Foppapedretti, Inglesina, Peg Perego and Lorelli.

Germany and the Netherlands complete the European bloc, with four companies each: Haba, Sterntaler, Spiegelburg and Jako-O, together with Cybex, from Germany, and Bebe-Jou, Meyco Baby, Little Dutch and Nuna, from the Netherlands. They are joined by Sweden (Baby Björn, Klippan and Imsevimse), Denmark (Done By Deer, Babydan and Lego) and the United Kingdom (Wombat London, Great Pretenders and Floss & Rock), while Switzerland is represented by Nuja.

Outside Europe, Asian representation comes from China, with Vtech, and Israel, with Yookidoo, while the United States will participate with Learning Resources, further strengthening the fair’s international reach on both sides of the Atlantic.

The leading showcase for the children’s industry

BKS + FIMI brings together under one roof the trends showcased by hundreds of brands across every area of the children’s industry, from transport and mobility, furniture and decoration, light and technical childcare products, baby layette and textiles, and early learning, development and toys, to children’s fashion, teen fashion, footwear and accessories.

The format combines quality, innovation and design, and has established itself as the leading industry event in Spain.

The booking figures for this edition add to the fair’s track record of sustained growth. Since its first editions, BKS + FIMI has grown from bringing together 240 brands from 15 countries to 730 brands from 44 countries at its most recent edition, held in January 2026. At that edition, the fair occupied 30,000 m² and welcomed 4,800 trade visitors from 55 countries, with international visitors accounting for 25% of the total. The number of international buyers has also followed an upward trend, rising from 485 in 2023 to 1,215 at the most recent edition.
